Restaurant Equipment Direct Free Shipping Policy
We offer Free curbside delivery on a skid for all qualifying orders delivered to a business address within Canada. Delivery is made at ground level only.
Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum order value must be $500 or greater before taxes.
This offer excludes PO Boxes, remote areas, and seasonal locations.
The delivery address must be accessible by regular roads and located within a reasonable distance of city limits.
Shipments Outside of Canada
Additional Fees:
Orders shipped outside of Canada will incur additional fees, including brokerage, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges billed by the carrier. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote to your location.
Skid Shipments
Dock and Liftgate Service:
Dock and Liftgate service is available for skid shipments, lowering the product to the ground where applicable.
Damage or Missing Packages:
When receiving a skid shipment, inspect all goods carefully before signing. Note any visible damage or missing packages on the delivery slip. Contact us within 24 hours to report discrepancies and initiate a claim.
Courier Shipments

For courier deliveries, inspect the shipment upon arrival and note any damage or missing packages on the receipt before signing. Contact us within 24 hours to report issues and begin a claim.
Shipping Errors
Error Reporting:
Any shipping errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery Times:
Deliveries are made between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Missed Delivery:
If a delivery attempt is missed and rescheduling is required, additional fees will apply.
Order Processing Times:
Stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Non‑stock, custom, or special‑order products may take additional time.
Delivery Time Approximations:
Transit time estimates range from 1 to 4 business days depending on distance from the warehouse locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Onatario, and Montreal Canada. All timelines are approximations.
Split Shipments
Complete Shipment Goal:
We make every effort to ship all orders complete. However, split shipments may occur when necessary. Full shipping charges apply to the first shipment.
