At Restaurant Equipment Direct, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase or experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Wrong or Damaged Item Received?
If your order arrives damaged or in error:
  • Call us immediately at 416-667-9830.

  • Our team will assist with the return or replacement process and will cover all return shipping costs in such cases.

Return Terms & Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase and will be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Products must show no signs of use, modification, or alteration, including dirt, dents, scratches, cracks, or missing components.

  • Items not meeting these conditions may be returned subject to a significant restocking fee.

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@restaurantequipmentdirect.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
This RA number is required for all returns to be accepted and processed.

Return Process — Step by Step
  1. Email info@restaurantequipmentdirect.ca to request an RA number.

  2. Clearly write or label the RA number on all returned packages.

  3. Include a copy of your invoice and a brief note describing the reason for return.

  4. Ship prepaid via your preferred carrier (no COD or freight collect). We recommend using an insured and trackable service for your protection.

  5. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed.

  6. Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. For major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), please allow 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
